Replacement Mercruiser Sterndrive Alpha One Generation 1 old style upper ratio 1.94. Replaces Mercruiser sterndrive 120/140 HP (1967-1982), including 120 HP (1967-1969) with trim and tilt, 140 HP (1967-1969) with trim and tilt, 120 HP (1970-1982) with trim and tilt, and 140 HP (1970-1982) with trim and tilt. Comes with an 8-1/8 input yoke. Generally used on older inline 6 and 4 cylinder engines. Additional items may be needed for assembly. No warranty over 300 HP.
