Complete hydraulic pump assembly for trim lift cylinder. OE# 865380A25. The complete pump assembly for the trim/tilt valve is an alternative to replacing OE 1983 and newer and Bravo I. Pumps are assembled by the distributor. If the complete pump does not work, check the pump fuse connected to the battery. If the fuse is good, bypass the pump switch to test the pump. Apply 12V positive to the small blue wire (pump up) and then test the green wire on the small solenoid (pump down). If there is no operation, the solenoid or motor may be defective; ensure proper grounding. To determine if the pump is defective, apply 12V positive to the large blue wire and test the large wire on the pump. If there is no result or no current/spark, the pump is defective or the valve is stuck. The valve is not designed to be reused; if defective, replace the complete pump assembly.
