Trim Systems Replacement for Suzuki 1986-2001 DT-115, DT140. 2001-2010 DF90-DF140. 2011-up DF200-DF250. Replaces OE 48503-93J12 and 48503-94900-OED. Trim Systems adjust the motor angle and the boat running surface, helping determine ride smoothness and ability to jump on plane. When running through thick grass, trimming the engine level (about halfway up) helps avoid pulling weeds into the water intake and overheating. In rough seas, trimming the engine all the way down helps keep the bow close to the water for a smoother ride.
