Edit or Delete Your Account Information and Preferences
You can edit your TOPMARINE account information at any time. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the TOPMARINE service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the TOPMARINE Newsletter, that are considered part of your TOPMARINE account, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.

Notification of Changes to this Privacy Policy
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes in a prominent location on our site. If at any time we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from TOPMARINE may be returned for a refund for up to 15 days after the date of shipment. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Open items will be accepted only if all the original components are included. This policy does not apply to any item that has been assembled, installed, used or rented. Damaged or defective items must be documented as such by the returns department prior to returning to be accepted for credit. All new returns will be processed for merchandise only (net of any shipping charges paid to TOPMARINE) and are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.

You are responsible for the return of the merchandise to TOPMARINE. Be sure to properly package your item(s) in order to prevent damage in shipping. TOPMARINE recommends using an insured carrier with a reliable tracking system to return your merchandise. Please retain the tracking number in the event of any loss or damage during shipping. TOPMARINE is not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit to our facility.

Please allow 48 hours upon confirmation of receipt of goods for TOPMARINE personnel to process your return. The appropriate refund will be generated and returned in the same manner in which the original payment was received, normally within 5-7 business days.
